We will always accommodate new exotic pets as best we can. However, we may not always be able to. For a list of veterinary hospitals that treat exotics, please click here.

Congratulations on your new pet! We recommend sending us any medical history and dropping off a fecal sample as soon as possible.
Based on your pet’s vaccine history, fecal analysis results, and any medical concerns, we will schedule their first appointment.

Because we tailor every visit to your pet’s needs, the cost will vary. We hold ourselves to a high standard of pet care, which includes examining your pet at each visit. We are aware that this may be a different protocol than other vet hospitals, so we appreciate your understanding.
We are able to provide established clients with an estimate for their pet’s visit or surgical procedure.

No, we do not spay/neuter exotics. We recommend contacting Cornell, or trying one of the other hospitals in the area.
